Today I’ll share with you a very yummy and easy to make spread(jam). It is made with pineapple. We all know pineapples are fully loaded with nutrients. First of all, it has a mind-blowing taste and smell. It has low calories, contains anti-oxidants which fight diseases. Easy to digest and may boost immunity and help in the recovery from any type of wounds fastly. It works in reducing the formation of blood clots and increases energy. It needed for stronger bones and eyes and many more such aspects.
So, I’ll share this recipe in a very simple way and with less- ingredients.
Ingredients:
Pineapple pieces- 300 gram
Sugar – 300 gram
Black salt – ½ tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Procedure:
Blend the pineapples to make a fine puree.
In a pan add puree and sugar and cook on medium flame. Mix well.
When sugar gets dissolved, add black salt and cook. Keep stirring infrequent intervals till the mixture starts looking transparent and thick.
Switch off the flame and add lemon juice and let it cool. Store in an airtight container and enjoy the spread of bread, chapatti, paratha, poori, etc.
