There are times when we feel drained or tired. We feel hungry but do not want to cook anything. That time we need something healthy and refreshing to re-energize our body without gaining any extra calories.
So, I want to share with you the recipe a very light and healthy shake ‘Angoori Shake’.
We can also put it in the category of Weight loss recipe. Its main ingredient is Curd and it contains Carbohydrates, Calcium and Magnesium. It boosts our immune system, helps in weight loss and is good for hair and skin and also improves digestion.
Grapes also has many Vitamins, Minerals and Fibers which help in curing Indigestion and Kidney Disorders.
Pomegranate is also very beneficial. It boosts memory, reduces risk of anemia, helps to fight against cancer, etc. The benefits of Walnuts need no introduction.
- Fresh Hung Curd : 1cup
- Grapes : ½ cup
- Pomegranate, Walnuts : 2 Tablespoon
- Honey : 1 Tablespoon
- Blacksalt : ½ Teaspoon
- Chaat Masala : ½ Teaspoon
- Fresh Mint for garnishing
In a big bowl add Curd, Grapes, Pomegranate, Honey, Blacksalt, Chaat Masala and mix using a spoon. Garnish it with fresh Mint and see, our Energy giving, light and healthy snack is ready!! 🙂
